Alderbrook is one of the most playable and interesting courses in the Northwest. 6,338 yards with par of 72, professionally maintained and open year-round. The course plays through the community, enjoying the challenge of 18 unique and diverse holes.
Alderbrook Golf & Yacht Club is owned and operated by the Homeowners Association. Its’ members control and maintain the golf course and all the roads and public areas. This allows members to cooperatively determine member developments and costs. The current homeowners fee is $185.00/month which covers the cost of maintaining all our properties including the golf course, clubhouse, tennis courts, picnic area and all the roads within the community. This also includes unlimited golf for a family, or 2 adults.
